Abstract:Multilayered van der Waals (vdW) materials have attracted increasing interest because of the manipulability of their superior optical, electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. A mass-spring model (MSM) for elastic wave propagation in multilayered vdW metamaterials is reported in this paper.
