Mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus and bile duct tumor thrombus: A case report

Abstract: HighlightsThis is the first case of mass-forming intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus and bile duct tumor thrombus, where the extrahepatic bile duct was preserved with thrombectomy.Thrombectomy can be a valid option for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with tumor thrombus, as well as for hepatocellular carcinoma.
