Abstract: La Planificación Adelantada de Decisiones ha evolucionado hacia una vertiente procesual, destacando el proceso comunicativo entre paciente (P), familia (F) y equipo interdisciplinar de salud (EIS). El objetivo principal de este estudio es analizar y comprender la toma de decisiones (TD) compartida entre P/F/EIS, durante la enfermedad avanzada (EA) y final de vida (FV), desde una perspectiva centrada en la persona.
