Martius Graft for the Management of Tension-Free Vaginal Tape Vaginal Erosion

Abstract: The Martius procedure was a practical alternative for treating this patient with synthetic-mesh-induced vaginal erosion. It allowed preservation of the sling, thereby preventing recurrence of urinary incontinence.
