The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of musyarakah financing, market share, and intellectual capital to financial performance on islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2013-2018. The research type used is verificative research by using Purposive sampling method. The target population of this research are 14 islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and the sample of the research are islamic commercial banks. The data used in this research are secondary data, which are gotten from for the book year ended December 31, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. The result of this research show that musyarakah financing, market share, and intellectual capital silmutaneously influence to financial performance. Partially, musyarakah financing has influence to financial performance, market share has influence to financial performance, and intellectual capital has influence to financial performance.

The research aims to highlight the importance of market structure and behavior on Islamic banking performance by using the Structure Conduct Performance (SCP) analysis to approximate the growth of Islamic banking performance in the short and long term using error correction model. The data used in this study is time series obtained from the financial statement of each Islamic bank, Financial Service Authority and Bank of Indonesia on Islamic banking statistics monthly reported from April, 2015 to October, 2018. Population of this study covers all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The purposive sampling method is used to select samples based on criteria to get samples that are feasible to be analyzed. Error correction model is applied to characterize the joint dynamic of variables in both in the long and short term relationships. The Johansen co-integration results indicate a stable long term relation between market structure and Islamic banking performance. Results show that Market structure variable outside market share of financing in the long term had a significant effect on the Islamic banking performance, but in the short term market structure, the variable had no significant effect on the Islamic banking performance in Indonesia.

In this study, the authors have investigated e-commerce in the activity of multinational trade enterprises (MNTEs) and highlighted the main differences between online and offline trade. Many studies are focusing on the application of e-commerce technologies but not on providing efficiency evaluation tool helping to identify how e-commerce technologies change trade business and propose its application in MNTEs. This research aims to provide the cash-flow model for an economic evaluation of investment and operations of e-commerce and traditional trade and the practical application of the model in MNTEs. To achieve this objective, the authors have proposed a cash-flow model useful for efficiency evaluation and its practical application. According to the case study analysis, trade enterprises which apply e-commerce technologies have approximately 3.7 times fewer employees and 3.1 times fewer investments in long-term tangible assets than other trade enterprises. However, MNTEs performing online business have 5.1 times fewer employees than MNTEs operating in offline. Of course, these numbers depend significantly on business size and the economies of scale. The study consists of three parts. In the first one, the paper discloses trade business changes determined by the investments into e-commerce. These results are presented on multinational and national business and disclose how actively multinational enterprises (the Mother Companies and their branches) and national ones invest in e-commerce. In the second part, the new cash-flow model is used for efficiency evaluation when trade firms practice e-commerce technologies. In the third part of this paper, the practical application of the model was delivered. Herein several trade MNTEs with and without e-commerce technologies are compared.
