Mapping the chemical space of active-site targeted covalent ligands for protein tyrosine phosphatases

Abstract: Protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) are an important class of enzymes that modulate essential cellular processes through protein dephosphorylation and are dysregulated in various disease states.
