Mapping of Flood Prone Areas in Imo State, Southeastern Nigeria Using Gis Techniques

Abstract: Flooding is a natural environmental hazard which has on a global scale caused irreparable losses on lives and property as well as deformation of the environment resulting in soil-nutrient loss, pollution of rivers/waterways, sedimentation of reservoirs and other negative issues in southeastern Nigeria.
