Abstract: Introduction: Neurolymphomatosis (NL) is an extremely rare manifestation of lymphoproliferative and hematologic malignancies characterized by direct neoplastic infiltration of the peripheral nervous system, and ubiquitously portends poor outcomes with dismal survival.
