Mannitol enhances delivery of marrow stromal cells to the brain after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract: Previous studies show that intravascular injection of human bone marrow stromal cells (hBMSCs) significantly improves neurological functional recovery in a rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH).
