Manipulative and Antisocial Behavior in an 11-Year-Old Boy with Epilepsy

Abstract: Brian is an 11-year-old boy who presented to the emergency room with suicidal ideation and hearing voices. In the preceding weeks, he had escalating symptoms of oppositional defiant disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and bipolar disorder.
