Manipulation of Terahertz Wave Based on Three-Layer Transmissive Pancharatnam-Berry Phase Metasurface

Abstract: In order to improve the transmitted efficiency of metasurfaces, the three-layer unit cell structure with coupling characteristics between layers was proposed.
