“…When a calibration curve of the avidin was prepared, a linear relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.996 was obtained between the avidin concentration and the CL intensity in the range of 0.2 to 0.8 μM as shown in Table 1. Besides, when the detection limit defined as 3σ/K was calculated (Liu et al, 2016;Yang et al, 2020), it was found to be 23.4 nM which, as expected, is very similar to that of biotin-labeled antibody (25.7 nM) that was determined in the previous section. All these results indicate the reliability of biotin-NQ for labeling avidin as a model analyte and demonstrate its convenience for labeling immunoassays.…”

“…The detection limit is defined as 3σ/K, where σ is the standard deviation of blank CL and K is the slope of the calibration regression equation (Liu et al, 2016;Yang et al, 2020). The detection limit for biotin-NQ was found to be 50 nM.…”

“…Excessive exposure to this ion can cause adverse physiological reactions (such as vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and nausea). Prolonged exposure can lead to kidney failure, liver poisoning, and damage to the human central nervous system. With the advancement of industrial technology, increasing amounts of Hg 2+ are being used, which inevitably pollute water sources and soil. Therefore, it is important to detect Hg 2+ present in the environment. At present, atomic absorption spectroscopy, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) techniques are used to detect Hg 2+ . Although these instruments are very accurate and sensitive, they are expensive and complex . These factors limit their widespread use.…”

“…Many analytical methods have been developed for GP73 detection, such as Western blotting (WB)19, double antibody sandwich ELISA20 and lectin capture strategies21. Meantime, these methods suffer from drawbacks, such as complicated manipulation procedures and long analysis time22. Consequently, it is imperative to develop a rapid and automated method for GP73 detection, with good sensitivity and calibrator stability.…”
