Manganese-independent Reverse Transcriptase Activity of Tth DNA Polymerase with Two Amino Acid Substitutions

Abstract: Background: The DNA polymerase of Thermus thermophilus (Tth pol) presents reverse transcriptase activity with Mn2+, and can be used for one-step RT-qPCR.
