Abstract

The prevalence of primary tumors of the central nervous system is relatively low,representing only 2% of malignant tumors in adults [1]. Medulloblastoma is one of of the most frequent tumors in the pediatric age,its appearance in adults is low,being an extremely rare finding in pregnant women [2]. Diagnosis,treatment and follow-up in this type of patient requieres a multidisciplinary visión,with considerations such as maternal-fetal well-being and physiological changes in pregnacy. Many of the indications and references for the management of adult patients with medulloblastoma have been extrapolated from the experience of pediatric populations.
