Abstract: Introduction: Facial profile can be influenced by edentulous condition that can change mandibular morphology that can affect mastication, digestion and psychosocial life. Edentulism causes absence of occlusal mechanical stimulus, decrease the activity of mastication muscles and increase mandibular bone resorption.
