Mandibular Distraction Osteogenesis Used to Treat Upper Airway Obstruction

Abstract: Mandibular distraction osteogenesis is an acceptable treatment alternative to tracheotomy in select pediatric patients with micrognathia and severe tongue-based obstruction.
