This research aims to explorer the of islamic education management in the digital era and the ‎hurdles faced by Islamic education management in adapting to the digital era. A qualitative ‎paradigm and library research design used. The data collection technique performed in this ‎study involves document analysis, encompassing journal articles, proceedings, books, research ‎reports, online news sources, and other relevant materials. The data analysis method employed ‎is content analysis. The findings of present study reveal that the constraints in Islamic ‎education management's response to the digital era primarily revolve around the quality of ‎human resources. These resources have yet to harness digital technology to its fullest ‎potential, resulting in an inability to provide comprehensive digital-based Islamic educational ‎facilities. Furthermore, the competence of Islamic education teachers poses a significant ‎obstacle. Many educators have yet to effectively utilize digital-based learning media in their ‎instructional processes, even as a growing number of students display proficiency in digital ‎technology. Consequently, Islamic education management in the digital era remains ‎comparatively behind general education management.

Guru memiliki peran ganda sebagai bagian integral dari proses pengajaran, tidak hanya sebagai guru yang memberikan pengetahuan, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing yang mendorong potensi, mengembangkan alternatif, dan menggerakkan siswa untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam pembinaan moral dan kepribadian siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode penelitian kepustakaan atau literature research dengan mengkaji berbagai terbitan berkala yang dikaitkan atau berhubungan dengan peran guru dalam pembinaan moral dan kepribadian siswa sekolah dasar. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran ganda dalam menghadapi siswa, yaitu: Korektor, Inspirator, Informer, Organizer, Motivator, Inisiator, Fasilitator, Instruktur, Demonstrasi, Pengelola Kelas, Mediator, pengawas dan evaluator. Nilai moral dan kepribadian adalah ukuran tentang benar atau salahnya tindakan, perilaku, dan sikap seseorang terhadap orang lain dan terhadap lingkungan.

This research was conducted because researchers are interested in the many parents' interest in sending their children to school, even though the school will not accept all incoming students. This study aims to discuss, examine, explore and describe the management of school principals in the management of tahfidz Al - Quran. The focus of the research is the management of the principal in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, inhibiting and supporting tahfidz activities. This research uses qualitative research with case study method. The research subjects were principals, teacher and student councils. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, the results of the study show that the planning of tahfidz learning in the Integrated Unggul Islamic Elementary School starts from the selection stage of incoming students, Received: 08-01-2022; Revised: 19-06-2022; Accepted: 25-06-2022 AL-FIKRAH, Volume X Nomor 1, Juni 2022 48 organizing the implementation is given responsibility to Islamic religious education teachers and competent classroom teachers. The implementation of tahfid is divided into two parts, namely the process of activities and methods of implementation, supervision is carried out by the school principal when the activity takes place, the inhibiting factor for the activity is the lack of educators who have a tahfidz background, while the supporting factors for schools have adequate facilities and infrastructure. From the results of research on the management of tahfizh activities, it is good, but a solution is needed in procuring teachers who really have the special field of tahfidz.
