Manajemen Fatigue Post Stroke Secara Non Fisik, Apakah Efektif

Abstract: Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan disabilitas di seluruh dunia. Salah satu komplikasi stroke adalah fatigue post stroke (FPS), dimana prevalensi berkisar 25%-85%. Mekanisme FPS belum diketahui secara pasti kemungkinan dapat disebabkan oleh fatigue fisik dan mental. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan FPS antara lain disabilitas fisik dan gangguan psikologi.
