Context: ambidexterity is a dynamic capability that seeks to balance exploitation and exploration initiatives. The joint development of exploitation and exploration can be achieved through dynamic ambidexterity. Theoretical discussions involving the relationship between the concepts of ambidexterity and dynamic capabilities (DCs) have already been developed in literature. However, the way the three ambidextrous approaches (structural, contextual, and sequential) are based on DCs still needs to be observed by researchers. Objective: this study aims to propose a conceptual and theoretical hypothetical model that explains the influence of various types of organizational ambidexterity (structural, contextual, and sequential) on the development of DCs and their relation to organizational performance. Methodology: the study was developed through an extensive systematic literature review guided by an inductive logic, interpretive epistemology, and qualitative approach. Results: the analyses and discussions made it possible to present a theoretical hypothetical model of dynamic ambidexterity that involves nine constructs and eleven hypotheses. Conclusion: we believe that our study contributes theoretically to the field of organizational Strategies and can enable studies aligned with the concepts of dynamic ambidexterity and DCs.

Due to the global labor market challenges, international companies react and adjust fast to these circumstances by implementing digital solutions into all business processes. Organizational ambidexterity is seen as the response of digital transformation and it can be divided into structural, contextual, and sequential dimensions. In this context, organizations representing the smart industry will need employees with specific competencies which let them meet technological challenges.This chapter aims to clarify the state of opinion on expectations towards, and preparedness for, the impact of Industry 4.0 on human resources management and the implementation of various types of ambidexterity in these companies. We have conducted interviews with key HR informants from manufacturing companies operating in Germany and Poland. We have found that Industry 4.0 has a significant impact on HR practices. In both international companies, various digital solutions in employee recruitment, development, and performance, have been implemented. There have also been mature examples in both companies of structural, contextual, and sequential ambidexterity.

The research aims to determine the modified role of Educational Competiotion to enhance the impact of electronic management in intelligent organizations. The research started from several questions to know the interactive role of Educational Competiotion in enhancing electronic management and its impact on activating intelligent organizations. The research aimed to reach the essence of theoretical philosophy and the intellectual basis of these variables as one of the important issues in modern administrative thought. And its relationship and its direct and indirect effects were diagnosed through the modified role. The research sample consisted of a number of employees in Asia-Cell Company in the city of Karbala. Their number reached (129), and the questionnaire was used to collect data and a number of statistical methods were used to prove the validity of the hypotheses. The results were identical to the main hypothesis. On this basis, a number of conclusions were drawn, the most important of which was that Educational Competiotion modifies the positive relationship between electronic management and intelligent organizations. There should also be awareness-raising sessions on the importance of Educational Competiotion to take advantage of opportunities and explore new opportunities.
