Managing Methods Development for the Production Assets of Thermal Power Plants in Conditions of Insufficient Statistical Data

Abstract: The paper is devoted to the proposal of a method for making managerial decisions on the replacement of production assets of TPPs in conditions of insufficient statistical data on failures and changes in the technical state of an equipment. It is proposed to use a probabilistic method to predict the period of replacement of production assets, based on the formation of a hypothesis about the law of distribution of equipment failures and its reaching the limit state, which determines the stock of possible operati… Show more

“…The importance of production scheduling and energy consumption management system in the field of heating is self-evident. Through the application of reasonable production scheduling and energy consumption management system, the effective management of heating equipment and pipe network can be realized, the operation efficiency and stability of heating system can be improved, and the heating capacity can meet the demand [9] . At the same time, the application of energy management systems can help monitor and optimize energy use, reduce energy consumption costs, reduce environmental impact, and achieve sustainable development.…”
