Managerial Competencies and Downward Accountability of Relief Aid Organisations in Western Uganda

Abstract: The Purpose: The paper presents the effect of managerial competencies on downward accountability of relief aid organisations in western Uganda.  Methodology: This was a cross-sectional survey and correlational study.
