Abstract: Izdaja je sofinancirana po pogodbi ARRS za sofinanciranje izdajanja znanstvenih monografij v letu 2019. Kataložni zapis o publikaciji (CIP) pripravili v Narodni in univerzitetni knjižnici v Ljubljani COBISS.
