Management of pregnancy-related hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

Abstract: Background: Pregnancy-related hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is rare, diagnosing HLH in pregnancy is difficult. There is currently no consensus on the treatment of pregnancy-related HLH.
