Management of Pregnancy and Delivery in a Woman With an Asymptomatic Presacral Cyst

Abstract: Presacral masses have a heterogeneous etiology. Most cystic masses are asymptomatic and are first detected during routine ultrasound examination. During pregnancy, presacral cysts can become infected and cause compression symptoms and therefore require monitoring.
