Management of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer in Middle East African countries: Challenges and strategic recommendations

Abstract: Despite the reliance on Western guidelines for managing prostate cancer (PC), there are wide variations and gaps in treatment among developing countries such as the Middle East African (MEA) region.
