Management of Intraocular Foreign Bodies of Posterior Segment

Abstract: Purpose: to study the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of penetrating wounds with intraocular foreign bodies (IOFB) and to discuss different timing and surgical techniques related to the extraction of the foreign body.
