Management of Internal Mammary Artery Spasm

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the management of internal mammary artery spasm intra-and postoperatively based on the accumulated evidence in the literature. It provides a stepwise decision algorithm for safely resolving the spasm and prevention of relapse.
