Management of incidental and non-incidental papillary thyroid microcarcinoma

Abstract: Papillary thyroid microcarcinomas present both incidentally and non-incidentally, with equal prevalence. Non-incidental tumours not infrequently present with cervical lymph node disease. The patient outcome is generally excellent.
