Management of endocrinological problems in children on home invasive mechanical ventilation

Abstract: Children with home invasive mechanical ventilation face numerous difficulties, including endocrine problems that can arise as a consequence of their condition. Endocrine problems seen in children treated with HIMV may develop due to the underlying disease, drugs used, or prolonged mechanical ventilation.
