Management Models of Guidance and Counseling Services to Increase Performance Based on Android Applications. Guidance and counseling service activities in schools can now be assisted by technological advances, one of which is online-based. The success of the counselor's performance as part of the education system is influenced by many factors such as the ability to master the use of technology and the implementation of its management. This study aims to produce a product in the form of a guidance and counseling teacher management model to improve performance based on android applications. This study uses the Research and Development method, namely a research design that aims to produce or develop a product in the form of models, designs, prototypes, materials, media, tools or strategies, in order to improve the quality of learning by involving partners, namely SMK Negeri 7 Semarang City, Central Java. The population in this study were guidance and counseling teachers or counselors in the city of Semarang with purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used the Wilcoxon test with an error rate of 5% with the help of SPSS 23.0. The results of this study produce a product in the form of an android application that can provide information related to the performance of guidance and counseling services, so that the administrative process of guidance and counseling teachers becomes more effective and efficient. This application is called SiMakan (Android-Based Counselor Management System) which contains several parts including planning, organizing, controlling, actuating. Management of guidance and counseling services is expected to assist the administrative process so that guidance and counseling teachers have more time to maximize service activities for students.Keywords: Counseling Service, Management Model of Guidance and Counseling.

The productive age population in Indonesia in 2022 will reach 69%, with great potential for increasing economic growth. However, there is an increasing threat of mental disorders, which results in low productivity and hinders economic growth. Mental health disorders have psychologically weak conditions that need strengthening through religious guidance. Muslims believe that a religious guidance approach can help solve problems of mental health disorders. Unfortunately, they do not understand practical Islamic guidance as an effort to prevent and promote mental health disorders. This study aims to analyse the Islamic religious guidance approach for mental health disorders. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The data collection strategy was sourced from seven published Scopus-indexed journal literature in 2018-2023 using the keywords "Islamic religion and mental health". The study found practical variations of Islamic religious guidance for mental health disorders, including religious lectures, Al-Quran therapy, prayer therapy, psycho-spiritual therapy, therapy for majelis taklim activities, zikir and shalawat therapy, tawba and istighfar therapy. The practical implications of research with Islamic religious guidance can help treat mental health disorders gradually and sustainably.

Spiritual-religious in various forms can help individuals and communities implement mental health plans. Religious mental guidance is planning and implementation designed to relate to Islamic material or lessons with processes, methods, approaches, and evaluations. This study aims to propose an intervention model of religious mental guidance based on Islamic education management in social rehabilitation institutions, especially for clients with mental disorders, with the Integration of the Bio-Psycho-Social Model of Religion and Spirituality. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study at the Nururrohman Foundation in Banten, Indonesia. The collecting data with in-depth interviews and observation. Validation data use the triangulation technique. The content analysis using to data description from any literature. The research findings show that the Bio-Psycho-Spiritual approach with commendable morals is the main character and charity of the apostles and al-Siddiqi. Islamic education management is applied to fully implement Islamic teachings in the form of guidance, sound advice, motivation, and social-religious introduction in a close-knit family environment. The research implies that intervention in managing Islamic education starts from planning, organising implementation and evaluation, and strengthening religious mental guidance of monotheism, sharia, and morals at the social rehabilitation centre.
