Abstract:Context: Correction of compound myopic astigmatism is a challenge in keratoconic eyes post-CXL using traditional approaches such as spectacles and contact lens. Toric Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL's) are fast emerging as an efficacious treatment modality in such cases.
