Management of complicated urinary tract infections in a referral center in Mexico

Abstract: Wide-spectrum antimicrobial therapy and minimally invasive approaches are the most common treatments for CUTIs in our center, and a reevaluation regarding antibiotic use in Mexico needs to be done.
