Management of complex ischial-urethral fistula in neurogenic patients performing clean intermittent self-catheterization

Abstract: Introduction: Neurogenic patients performing clean-intermittent self-catheterization (CIC) may develop an urethral erosion, resulting in ischial-urethral fistulas (I-UF).
