Management of Communication Policy of the University

Abstract: The article presents the theoretic and methodological foundations of the management of communication policy of the modern university. The article also presents the results of the study of the processes of management of internal and external communications of the university in modern market conditions. Based on the results of the study, a model of strategic communications management of the university with key target audiences is presented.
