Abstract: A clinical case of the development of portopulmonary hypertension in a child after splenorenal anastomosis is presented. The surgical intervention was performed to correct the congenital malformation — cavernous transformation of the portal vein, which led to portal hypertension and varicose veins of the esophagus and stomach.
