Management model of passengers service at the airport terminal landside in terms of the level of service assessment

Abstract: The article presents a model of logistic support for the operation of a ground handling agent at an airport. The presented model enables the assessment of the system in the check-in and security control subsystems. The aim of the model is to forecast the system's assessment from the passenger's point of view.
