Management discipline

Abstract: Conduct of operations (COO) concerns how work is performed in a manufacturing unit with the overall objective of producing repeated and desired results. COO reduces the likelihood of human error. The term discipline is often used to describe how to bring a consistent approach to various operations to minimize errors.
