Abstract

The textbook reveals the role and importance of management analysis in the formation of the strategy and tactics of organization management, taking into account the industry specifics of the functioning of economic entities in the production sector, the conceptual apparatus of management analysis; describes the main approaches to information support; presents applied tools and practical situations aimed at ensuring the financial stability of business, describes approaches to assessing the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activity based on alternative management solutions adequate to current real-time conditions.
