Abstract:StreszczenieProtamina jest powszechnie stosowanym środkiem odwracającym antykoagulacyjne działanie heparyny niefrakcjonowanej, szczególnie po zabiegach kardiochirurgicznych. Najnowsze badania wskazują, że część pacjentów poddanych zabiegowi krążenia pozaustrojowego jest narażona na trombocytopenię w trakcie ekspozycji na heparynę.
