Malignant Osteopetrosis, a Rare Cause of Bicytopenia in Infants: A Case Report

Abstract: Osteopetrosis is an autosomal metabolic bone disease caused by a functional abnormality of the osteoclasts. Two main forms exist, the dominant benign form and the recessive malignant form.
