Abstract:BackgroundMelanoma is rare as a secondary malignant neoplasm among childhood cancer survivors.CaseWe report a case of a 12‐year‐old boy who developed malignant melanoma with systemic metastases 17 months after completing treatment for hepatoblastoma.
