Malignant Melanoma and Squamous Cell Carcinoma in a Patient Treated for Severe Pustular Psoriasis

Abstract: A case of cutaneous malignant melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma arising in psoriatic plaques of a patient with severe, pustular psoriasis is presented. The possible role of therapy in the development, growth, and spread of cutaneous malignancy in this patient and in other reported treated psoriatic patients is reviewed.
