Malignant fibrous histiocytoma of the gallbladder: A case report

Abstract: A patient case with malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the gallbladder is presented. This rare malignancy is occasionally found within the abdominal cavity. However, to our knowledge this is the first report of this tumor within the biliary tract. Diagnostic, therapeutic, and etiological aspects are discussed.
