Malignant Cardiac Tamponade: A Complication of Untreated Breast Cancer

Abstract: Carcinomatous pericarditis is a rare complication of locally aggressive breast cancer in which malignant cells directly extend into the pericardium causing inflammation and creating a pericardial effusion.
