Abstract: Introduction: Malignancy of the nose and paranasal sinuses is a highly heterogeneous tumor group that arises from various cell types commonly seen in the fifth to sixth decades of life, with twice as much commonness in males. Patients present with varied clinical presentations like nasal obstruction, facial swelling, orbital complications, etc. Squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma are the most common variant.
