Malignancy mimicking Juvenile Nasopharyngeal Angiofibroma

Abstract: Nasopharyngeal masses in young males can be benign or malignant. As the treatment regimen for these masses differs considerably, it is crucial to differentiate benign from malignant masses for successful and adequate treatment of patients and also for minimizing morbidity from unnecessary interventions.
