Male post-prostatectomy incontinence MDT

Abstract: A 69-year-old man presents with symptomatic stress incontinence following a robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy in 2011 for prostate cancer. He is generally continent throughout the day and night if sedentary; however, when he becomes physically active he requires the use of a pad. He is currently using one to two pads per day and his quality of life is markedly affected by his incontinence, with a reluctance to leave the house or socialise.
