“…Cutaneous CBDC lesions are known to affect the face, trunk, extremities, groin and genitals 1 . The preponderance of the condition in the facial, groin and genital regions (mainly in neonates) means that the possibility of sexual abuse needs to be considered as part of the clinical investigations into a CBDC case, as this distribution of lesions matches those from studies of abuse in children 7,14 . The recent finding that neonatal CBDC is generally due to intraoral exposure to pathogenic IgA in the maternal breast milk means that an intraoral, genital or other source of pathogenic autoantibodies from other bodily secretions should be considered 7 .…”

“…Most studies show that the average age of sexually abused children is 11 years old [1], [26]. Researches carried out by Kovalev et al indicate that the victims of rape are, as a rule, persons under 14 years old -10%, 15 years old -10%, 16 years old -28%, 17 years old -14%, 18 years old -22%, 19 years old -8%, from 20 to 25 years old -8% [27].…”

“…More than half of Kazakhstani schoolchildren (66.2%) experience violence in schools [6]. Numerous data indicate that often parents, guardians, or other close persons for a child become perpetrators of sexual crimes, who, using his helpless or defenseless state, can commit these assaults for a long period of time [22], [23], [26]. In 45% of cases, the rapist is a relative, in 30% -a more distant acquaintance (brother's friend, mother's lover, etc.)…”
