MALDI Imaging Assisted Discovery of a Di‐O‐glycosyltransferase from Platycodon grandiflorum Root

Abstract: A matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging (MALDI MSI) assisted genome mining strategy was developed for the discovery of glycosyltransferase (GT) from the root of Platycodon grandiflorum.
