Abstract: Abstract:Introduction: Malakoplakia is a rare chronic inflammatory disease which commonly affects the urogenital tract. The exact pathogenesis is not fully understood, but some associated conditions which include immunodeficiency, malignancy or chronic bacterial infection, have been suggested.
